Algae and organic Disposal Plant System.

It consists of micro bubble generation system, disturbance device at sediment layer,

coagulation & floatation device, collecting device of floated sludge and dehydration

equipment, and micro bubble generation system generates micro-Sweet bubble of 10~30㎛,

and they form a complex of coagulant micro-sweet bubble to contribute to function.

By dispersion of functional micro bubbles, volute and Brownian motion make them to be mixed

into water body to induce the effective cohesive

reaction, simultaneously, floc and micro bubble adhere together forming which is lighter than

water to be floated to water surface.

All of these processes are performed under the water, and floated algae sludges are collected

at dehydration device by automatic collecting device to discharge as cake.
